3. Photographs and Likeness
Photographs submitted as part of a talent application are used solely for the purpose of reviewing your application. For talent who are signed and represented by Breakout Models, photographs and other visual material may be used to create comp cards, portfolio materials, and to present talent to prospective clients.
We will not use any photograph, footage, likeness, or biometric data for artificial intelligence training, machine learning datasets, synthetic media, deepfake technology, or any similar purpose without your explicit written consent and a separately negotiated agreement.
We will not sell or license your photographs to any third party without your knowledge and consent.
4. Data Retention
We retain submitted application materials indefinitely as part of our standard agency operations. The modeling industry changes constantly, and a look, market, or opportunity that is not right today may be right in the future. Retaining files allows us to revisit submissions over time without requiring you to reapply.
Specifically:
- Application materials including photographs, measurements, and personal details are retained in our records for as long as we consider them relevant to our business
- Contact form messages are retained for up to 24 months
- Information relating to represented talent is retained for the duration of representation and for a reasonable period afterward to manage any ongoing obligations, bookings, royalties, or usage agreements
If you are located in a jurisdiction where applicable law gives you a right to request deletion of your personal data, such as the GDPR or CCPA, you may submit that request to us at the contact address below and we will respond as required by law.
